Subject: Learner Profile

Activities done this week

                         This week the learner profile attribute concentrated upon was “principled” as the students carried out a lot of group activities and went on a field trip to Masqati factory and farm.

“Principled” act with integrity and honesty, with a strong sense of fairness, justice, and respect for the dignity of the individual, groups, and communities. They take responsibility for their own actions and the consequences that accompany them. 

Upcoming activities / HW:  To encourage children to be “balanced” it would be useful to show how you balance your daily different activities such as reading books, working, resting, watching tv, doing sports. Help children to set routines and adhere to them.

TOPIC:-  Economics

CENTRAL IDEA:-  Economic activity relies on systems of production, exchange and consumption of goods and services.

Activities done this week: 

  • Students identified and defined distribution channels by brainstorming on different types of distribution channels and how each one works along with benefits and challenges of other showing the importance of the chain. (how a product moves between producer to consumer)




  • Students described channel of distribution and explained what the primary, secondary and tertiary industry are with examples locally and globally through Generate,Sort,Connect,Elaborate group activity.
  • Students assessed themselves for LOI-2 -The distribution of goods and services
  • Students learnt and practiced to use products that are made with environmentally friendly processes and packaging and also refer to different product samples (wrappers, packets, carry bags, advertisements, pamphlets etc)
  • Students brainstormed on rights and responsibilities of consumers and understood their role and rights as consumers.
  • Students went on a field trip to Masqati dairy farm in connection with the on going topic “Economics” to understand the relation of supply and demand, distribution of goods and services, storage, packaging, manufacturing etc

Upcoming activities/ HW: 

Next week the students will continue with the rights and responsibilities as consumers and do reflection of their understanding of the field trip.


Subject: Math

Activities done this week: 

  • Students were introduced to multiplication and discussed the use of multiplication and ways of multiplication.
  • Students played quiz on table of 2,3 and 5  and practiced repeated addition.
  • Students understood the concept of arrays and multiplication on a number line.

  • Play these multiplication games and learn table of 3 and 4.





Subject: English

Activities done this week:  

Guided Reading:

  • Students read story at an appropriate level,independently,confidently and with good understanding and practiced related grammar and wrote in their guided reading notebook.
  • .Students read task card texts at an appropriate level, independently, confidently and with good understanding and answer the related questions.
  • Grammar & Writing:
  • Students continued learning about possessive pronouns and their usage as possessive pronouns and possessive adjectives in sentences.
  • Students demonstrated their understanding of pronouns through assessment.
  • Students were introduced to antonyms and learnt how to look antonyms for short definitions (for e.g; to feel joyful x miserable) use of dictionary.

Upcoming activities/ HW:

Students will learn in depth about antonyms and practice more with activities and identify antonyms in sentences through task sheet.

Activities done this week: تمام بچوں کو دو حرفی بنا ملے ہوئے الفاظ لکھنا اور پڑھنا سکھایا جارہاتھ اس کے لئے ایک 

خوبصورت انداز اختیار کرتے ہوئے دو حرفی ملے ہوئے اور بنا ملے ہوئے الفاظ پڑھائے گئے ۔

دو حرفی ملے ہوئے الفاظ کو ” ایکٹیویٹی ” کے ذریعہ پڑھایا گیا ۔ ملے ہوئے زیادہ الفاظ لکھوایا گیا تاکہ انہیں دو حرف کو ملانے میں کوئی تکلف نہ ہو۔

بنا ملے ہوئے دو حرفی الفاظ کی مثال :  در ، دن ، دُر ، دکھ ، دل  ، رب  

بنا ملے ہوئے الفاظ کے جملے : دس دن  رو ، رب رب رٹ ، آم دو ، دو آم دو  وغیرہ 

ملے ہوئے دو حرفی الفاظ :   تک ، ہم ، مجھ ، کو ، سے   جس ، نے ، وغیرہ 

ملے ہوئے الفاظ کے جملے :  دس دن تک رو ، آم کھا لو   ، اس کی دم ہے ۔

       گھر پر زیادہ سے زیادہ دو حرفی ملے ہوئے اور بنا ملے ہوئے دو حرفی الفاظ لکھنے کی کوشش کیجیئے تاکہ اسے لکھنے کی 

عادت پیدا ہو یقین کے ساتھ صحیح لکھ سکیں ۔                                                                  

تمام بچوں سے گذارش ہے کہ اس دعا کو زبانی یاد کریں ” لب پہ آتی ہے دعا بن کے تمنا میری ”

  • आ की मात्रा मे पुनर्कथन करवाया गया  |आ की मात्रा से सम्बंधित कविता को पढ़ाया और लिखाया गया  | कविता से सम्बंधित प्रश्नोतर लिखाए और पढाए गए |
  • आ की मात्रा मे पुनर्कथन करवाया गया  | उसके उपरांत आ की मात्रा लगाकर शब्द को पुन : लिखाया गया   | जैसे _ रज _ राजा

Activities done this week: 

Students practiced reading and writing in hallulu క నుండి ణ వరకు.

Students read and write without matras two letter words.

Subject: Art : For Art: The students completed their drawing for giving texture with oil pastel.

For Craft: The students make the envelopes with different chart papers.

Activities done this week: Students learnt to do write data and do simple calculations (addition)using formulas tab in excel sheet.

Activities done this week: Students were  asked and wrote questions and answers  based on text and demonstrate answers before, during, and after reading and complete the worksheet of reading comprehension.
