Sorting out

  • Define the stages of the water cycle in a notebook
  • Students learned the “water goes in a cycle” song

  • Students listen to the story Water Is Water” and students identified how water changes its form (in terms of seasons) illustrated on board in the form of the water cycle
  • Students observe water divided into different jars labeled into different categories eg: Glaciers, saltwater, etc and note their observations in their notebooks
  • Wrote the true or false statements on distribution

              and availability of usable water in a notebook

  • Students created the water cycle in collage activity. 

 

Formative Assessment

  • FA: Students demonstrated their understanding of LOI 2, distribution and availability of water in FA2. 

Upcoming activities/ HW: Write slogans and make posters on save water.

FA-3 on Wednesday (4/3/2020) in 3LOI refer to a notebook.

Summative Assessment on Friday (6/3/2020) refers to a notebook.

Activities done this week:

  • Students learned arrays of 3 by drawing objects in rows and columns. 
  • Students completed arrays activity using stickers. 
  •  Students practiced arrays on a number of lines and wrote 2,3 and 5 tables in their notebook.
  • observe how weather changes with changing level of mercury on online thermometer 
  • write the definition of temperature in their notebooks

  •   Students listen to the story is read aloud and answer the questions.

Grammar:

  • Students recap adjectives through the Scavenger Hunt game in a group.
  • Students identified the objects  related to adjectives in the classroom and wrote in a notebook

Reading and writing:

  • Students wrote sight words and made sentences in their notebook.
  • Read and comprehend the passage in their notebook. 

Upcoming activities/ HW: Complete the Hw given in the notebook.

FA on Tuesday (3/3/2020) in comprehension and grammar.

Activities done this week:تین حرفی الفاظ کا املا لیا گیا ہے اور چند الگ الگ حروف کو ملا کر لکھنے کا طریقہ جانا اور ان کو بک میں لکھا گیا۔ امتحانات کی تیاری کروانے کے لئے حروف علت اور بعد میں کسی بھی حرف سے نا ملنے والے حروف کو پڑھتے ہوئے لکھا گیا۔
