The Walk-in Recruitment Drive on Saturday, 07 February 2026, at Purani Haveli Campus, Hyderabad, welcomed talented, compassionate and enthusiastic educators across all segments from Nur – Grade 10, including Montessori & Special Education Needs Children, for the upcoming Academic Year 2026–27. The event witnessed a good number of enthusiastic participants from aspiring educators and professionals interested in growing, unlearning, learning and relearning at Focus High School. \nThe drive commenced with a warm welcome and a short Campus Walk-Through video bite, offering an overview of the institution’s vision, values, commitment, and mission to deliver holistic, quality education. This was followed by a detailed presentation on Focus High School, the IB PYP, MYP, and STEM-integrated curricula, highlighting the academic framework, teaching pedagogies, student development initiatives, and the structured hiring process at FHS.\nCandidates were processed through a recruitment process designed to assess their eligibility for teaching and academic support roles.\nThe recruitment process includes:\n\nPreliminary Assessment: Candidates were assessed based on their qualifications, experience, subject expertise, and overall professional suitability.\n\nLanguage & Literature Proficiency Assessment: This round evaluated candidates’ communication skills, language clarity, and ability to effectively engage in an academic environment.\n\nTeaching Competency Assessment: This assessment focused on evaluating candidates’ pedagogical understanding, classroom management approach, and ability to apply effective teaching strategies.\n\nThe Walk-in Drive reflected Focus High School’s continuous effort to strengthen its academic team with skilled professionals who align with the institution’s educational mission.\nFocus High School extends its sincere appreciation to all applicants for their interest and enthusiastic participation in the recruitment drive and wishes them every success in their future endeavors.\nEvent Details:\n\nDay & Date: Sat, 7 Feb’26\nFacilitator: Ms. Zeba Zaidi, Records & Recruitment Manager, FHS\nVenue: Focus High School, Purani Haveli Campus, Hyd\n\n\n
